Come and make this classic shirtdress with us over 2 weeks. learn no hand stitch 2 piece collar and cuffs, its my pet hate when you can see the slip stitching on the collar. learn how to shorten or lengthen the bodice pattern for your body how to fit the shoulders and machine stitched buttonholes and if you choose the right buttons how to stitch them on with your machine and last but not least the best way to put pockets in so they lie flat. The skills you will learn on this class are transferable to lots of other garments you will want to make. As with all our classes the cost is for tuition and use of studio facilities. it does not include the pattern, fabric, interfacing. thread or buttons, We do include unlimited tea or coffee we also do not include lunch but there are lots of places that provide lunch in new mills. Parking is available either in the town hall next door or less than 100 mts away.
