About the Workshop

I am obsessed with these rugs and i want to make one. So we asked the very lovely and very talented Val Copestake if she would honour us and do a class for us and she said yes. There are things you will need for this class that we will get in specially. you might already have them but they will be available on the day. You will need a jelly roll of your choice the picture is made from a batik one but the choice is yours . You will need to join all your strips before the class and we will upload a film on how to do that on our facebook page a couple of weeks before the class . I cannot tell you what you will learn apart from strip joining because I have never made one of these and am going to be a pupil along with you all. Tea and coffee will be available all day but not lunch the cafe are mostly open in new mills on Sunday or you can bring your own. Parking is available nearby or as this class is on a Sunday you can park outside the shop. As with all our classes the cost is for tuition and use of studio facilities not anything to make your project.
